Dr. Alexander Doganov is a specialist obstetrician-gynecologist in Sofia with over 16 years of medical experience.Dr. Doganov does not examine children.Performs gynecological examinations, ultrasound diagnostics, colposcopy, prevention and therapy (DTC, LETZ, conization) of precancerous changes of the cervix, minimally invasive surgical procedures (laparoscopy, hysteroscopy), vaginal surgery (removal of uterus and vagina), open surgery (removal of pathological, altered uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, treatment of incontinence, removal of myoma nodes), laser rejuvenation of the vagina and treatment of incontinence.
