Dr. Konstantin Ganchev
Dr. Konstantin Ganchev is an orthopedist in Varna with over 6 years of medical experience. His interests are focused on traumatology in children and adults, arthroscopic treatment of diseases and endoprosthetics of large joints. Routinely in his practice he uses ultrasound diagnostics of the musculoskeletal system.
Education and qualifications
Graduated from Varna Medical University in 2018, he acquired his specialty Orthopedics and Traumatology in 2024 after specializing initially at the Medical Center Targovishte, and later moved his studies to the Clinic of Orthopedics and Traumatology at the University Hospital Sveta Marina Varna. Currently, he is a PhD student at the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Varna Medical University.

- Certificate for echographic diagnosis of the musculoskeletal system in adults;
- Certificate for ultrasound diagnosis of hip dysplasia in newborns;
- Member of the European Society of Ankle and Foot Surgery (EFAS), AO Trauma, Bulgarian Society of Ankle and Foot Surgery (BHDGH), Bulgarian Orthopedic and Traumatological Association (BOTA) and Bulgarian Medical Union;
- AO Medical Fellowship, Davos, Switzerland;
- AO Advanced Trauma Course, Bulgaria
- AO Pediatric Trauma Course, Larissa, Greece;
- He actively participates in trainings both in Bulgaria and abroad.
Biography
Dr. Ganchev is a doctor-assistant at the Clinic of Orthopedics and Traumatology at the University Hospital Sveta Marina Varna, assistant at the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at the Medical University of Varna.
He is currently part of the team of specialists of MC Haelan Care Varna.
He is fluent in English.
