Dr. Slavi Spasov
Dr. Slavi Spasov is a specialist in clinical hematology based in Sofia. His professional interests are focused on the diagnostics and treatment of malignant hemopathies, including leukemia, lymphomas, myelodysplastic syndromes, anemias, and thrombocytopenias.
Education and qualifications
He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in 2020. He obtained his specialty in Clinical Hematology in 2024.
Qualifications
- Sub-investigator in numerous clinical trials;
- Holder of the European Hematology Diploma, awarded after successfully passing the exam in June 2024 under the auspices of the European Hematology Association (EHA);
- Member of the Bulgarian Medical Association, the Bulgarian Medical Society of Hematology, and the European Hematology Association;
- Participant in various congresses and seminars in the field of hematology;
- Participant in the "Mamma Pita" (Mamma Asks) schools for parents at Markovic Medical Center.
Biography
Dr. Spasov practices at the Clinic of Hematology at Acibadem City Clinic University General Hospital Tokuda. He has previously worked at Markovic Medical Center and Nuviva Medical Center. Currently, he is part of the specialist teams at Acibadem City Clinic University General Hospital Vitosha and Haelan Care 2 Medical and Dental Center.
