Dr. Veronika Bacheva
Dr. Veronika Bacheva is a specialist ophthalmologist in Sofia. She has interests in the field of treatment and diagnosis of glaucoma, macular degeneration and others. Dr. Bacheva does not examine children under 6 years of age.
Education and qualifications
Graduated from Medical University of Sofia in 2016 From 2017 to 2021 she specialized in Ophthalmology at MBAL Sveta Sofia. She is currently a specialist at MBAL Sveta Sofia.
Qualifications
- Member of the Bulgarian Medical Association and the Bulgarian Society of Ophthalmology;
- Active participation in international congresses related to the treatment of macular degeneration, glaucoma;
- Active participation in international clinical trials related to the treatment of macular degeneration.

From 2017 until now, Dr. Bacheva has been working at the DCC St. Sofia - Blvd. Bulgaria, and is currently part of the team of specialists of MC Haelan Care - Bulgaria (MC Polyclinic Bulgaria).
