Group Finance Controller

Healen is looking for an experienced Group Finance Controller to strengthen our finance function and support performance management, financial control and decision-making across the Group.

We are looking for an experienced Group Finance Controller to strengthen our finance function and support performance management, financial control and decision-making across the Group.

Working closely with the CFO, CEO and operational leaders, the role will play a key part in improving financial discipline, performance visibility and sustainable profitability across multiple legal entities.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Performance Management
• Own the monthly management reporting process across multiple legal entities.
• Prepare financial reports, KPI dashboards, variance analyses and executive presentations.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends and provide action able in sights to management.
• Conduct profitability, margin and cost analyses across business units, service lines, clinics and hospitals, identifying opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Support operational leaders with financial analysis and performance improvement initiatives.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Partnering
• Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Monitor performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support financial modelling, business cases and strategic decision-making.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.

Controls, Processes & Strategic Projects
• Develop and improve financial controls, reporting processes and governance practices.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization and process optimization.
• Support acquisitions, due diligence activities and finance transformation initiatives.
• Support investor reporting and financial analyses required by shareholders and senior management.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Financial Reporting, Auditor Corporate Finance.
• Experience working across multiple legal entities or within a group structure.
• Experience developing management reporting, KPI dashboards and performance management processes.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and business partnering capabilities.
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and consolidation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is considered an advantage).
• Experience in healthcare, services or private equity-backed organizations is highly desirable.
