Marketing Specialist

Haelan Integrated Healthcare is the leading outpatient medical care provider in Bulgaria, delivering integrated medical and social care services with a strong focus on prevention, prophylaxis, and innovative programs for chronic disease management. With outpatient centers in Sofia, Varna and Burgas, a Pediatric Consultative Clinic, hospital care facilities, home care and elderly care services, Haelan is on a mission to become Bulgaria’s leading integrated healthcare provider within the next five years.

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for a professional who can independently manage and execute all marketing and communication activities — from strategy to implementation.

You will be the key person driving brand awareness, digital presence, and marketing campaigns that support our company’s growth and engagement goals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate, and execute the company’s marketing and communication strategy.

• Manage go-to-market activities for new services, campaigns and features.

• Create engaging content for digital channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.

• Organize internal and external events, campaigns, and brand activations.

• Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) and external partners when needed.

• Ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all channels.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.

• Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, and basic analytics tools.

• Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with video editing tools

• Experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices

• Strong writing and editing skills in both English and Bulgarian

• Creative mindset, strong ownership, and ability to work independently

• Understanding of healthcare marketing ethics, data privacy (GDPR), and patient communication will be a plus
